Frequently Asked Questions

You didn’t come this far to stop

What happens after I request an offer?

After we receive your request for an offer, we begin by working to determine the estimated value of your property.

I want to sell, but I am not in a rush. Will you still buy my house?

Every offer made has an expiration date. If you do not accept the offer by that date, the offer expires. If you decide to sell after the initial offer has expired, we will determine the estimated value at that time and make you another offer. Subsequent offers may be lower or higher than the original offer.

How much can I expect to get paid?

The estimated value of any property is based on market conditions, location, and condition. We pay closing costs.

How long will it take to sell my house?

We can typically finalize the purchase of your house within a few days after you accept our offer. If there are any issues, such as code violations or title concerns, we promptly work to resolve them and keep you informed about the progress.

Who handles the closing on the sale?

We will use a reputable title company or attorney to facilitate the closing of the sale.
